Our mission is to help frontline workers do their very best work and help organizations deliver exceptional customer experiences in the field. At the center of this is the Youreka platform which makes it incredibly easy to build and deploy smart mobile service applications that guide field workers through complex and dynamic procedures. Built on Salesforce, Youreka apps run anywhere, scale for the enterprise and integrate natively for organizations already on the Salesforce platform. Youreka is transforming field work across key industries including health and life sciences, energy, utilities, manufacturing and public sector. Headquartered in Baltimore, MD, we keep the customer at the center, we celebrate drive and collaboration, and we provide every member of the team with the opportunity to learn, grow and be their best.

Our Impact

The process that Youreka is replaced was 100% pen and paper based. A staff member would have to decipher everybody's handwriting and manually key everything into Salesforce. A digital solution was never considered before because the trails we worked on are usually out in the middle of nowhere without a scratch of connectivity. With Youreka we're able to completely digitize the volunteer registration and signature process! We're able to improve on every part of our volunteer enrollment process. We get instant data and reportability on how many volunteers were at an event, how many hours were contributed, etc.
