Company History

In 2008, TridentUSA Health Services was formed through the merger of MobilexUSA and Diagnostic Laboratories and Radiology. Together, they created the nation’s first coast-to-coast provider of bedside diagnostics services.

Over the following decade, TridentUSA expanded through strategic acquisitions, new office openings, and services development. Each step brought more talent and innovation into the organization, helping us better meet the evolving needs of our customers and their patients.

In 2016, TridentUSA merged with Schryver Medical, the country’s second-largest provider of providing portable X-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and lab services. This move significantly enhanced our diagnostic capabilities and added new offerings, including respiratory therapy for nursing home patients.

Today, that combined strength lives on in TridentCare—a national leader in portable clinical care.
