You’re waiting with your granddaughter at the bus stop for her first day of school. She’s so cute in her pink tennis shoes and carrying a backpack that seems too big for such a tiny student. It brings back memories of your first day at school. Making new friends, finding your way to the lunch room, going out for recess and so in awe of your teacher, Mrs. Brown. School has changed a little since then, but those things you remember so fondly remain pretty much the same. Just like Granite Credit Union, which started when in May of 1935, a group of Granite School District employees met and formed the Granite Teachers Credit Union. And, all these years later, not only do you still have an account there, but so does your little granddaughter.
