Materials Supply: We are Maryland's largest recycler. We own and operate five Hot Mix Asphalt plants strategically located throughout our region to offer our clients uninterrupted service with redundant capabilities. Each facility is equipped with its own state of the art laboratory and trained personnel to ensure high quality paving materials on an as-needed basis. Our asphalt mix design specialists can meet the most demanding criteria, from current State Highway Administration specifications to the most stringent Federal Aviation Administration requirements.
