Our mission is to create Hope, Opportunity and Choice, with work as the means through which people with disabilities and other barriers to employment can more fully participate in the mainstream of life.

Since 1969, we have changed the lives of thousands of individuals in the Denver community by providing employment training, assessment, coaching, placement, and supported employment. We believe that helping individuals gain self-reliance is foundational to the health of individuals, families, communities, and the economy of Colorado.

Our Social Enterprises provide a foundation for our various programs including paid job training opportunities for individuals qualifying for our services. They also provide fulltime employment for 180 people, of whom 75% have severe disabilities including physical, mental and emotional. Additionally, we provide excellent services to our customers that including things like document destruction, administrative support, product assemble and more. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
