Job Scope:

  • Design, orchestrate and implement training programs for employees or clientele to help improve skills.
  • Determine specific educational needs by interviewing or surveying a sample of people from target population.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of various soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability.
  • Presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to assess participants needs and adapt training methods accordingly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology for training delivery a plus (e.g., virtual training platforms,
  • presentation software).
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
  • Passion for helping others develop and grow their soft skills.
  • Empathy and the ability to connect with participants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Patience and a positive attitude towards the learning process.
  • Adaptability to different learning styles and participant needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with participants.
