Job Description
  • Conduct research and analyze existing cooperative agreements to determine compatibility with SSC PEO space mission integration needs.
  • Develop cooperative agreement analysis products outlining support for SSC PEO activities.
  • Assist in drafting international cooperative agreements and exceptions to National Disclosure Policy documentation.
  • Manage international cooperative agreement staffing, tracking, and comments resolution matrix (CRM) input/updates.
  • Support data calls and requests for information to aid in international agreements development.
  • Facilitate international affair documentation collaboration and coordination across various organizations.
  • Attend and gather information for international partner visits, key leader engagements, conferences, and meetings.
  • Research, analyze, and recommend solutions for integrating international partner space capabilities.
  • Examine key space requirements for warfighter systems and identify potential gap filling systems and technologies.
  • Plan, manage, and execute tasks to support international working groups.
  • Conduct technical documentation analysis and create products to support international affairs activities.
  • Attend space engagement talks and forums, relay critical information back to SSC/IA, and liaise between organizations.
  • Provide weekly summaries and key activities relevant to SSC/IA.
  • Assist in scheduling engagements with key personnel and review international cooperative agreements and exceptions to policy packages.
  • Aid in staffing international cooperation and exception to policy documentation.
  • Track the status of all international cooperative agreements and exceptions, reporting weekly to SSC/IA.
  • Preferred experience supporting the following organizations; Battle Management Command, Control, and Communication, Space Domain Awareness, Space Sensors, Combat Power, Satellite Communications, Missile Warning, Tracking, Position Timing and Navigation, or Assured Access to Space
Job Requirements

Minimum/General Experience:  10+ years experience required

Required Education:  MA/MS Degree

Clearance:  TS/SCI

Salary information below is a general guide only.  Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as business and market considerations.

Salary Range: $190,000-$215,000

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing maybe required . This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Mental Demands: Reading; communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control and professionalism.
