We have an opportunity for a Judicial Staff Attorney. This position will be located in Riverside County, will provide support to all court locations countywide, and may be eligible for teleworking on a full-time or hybrid basis. We are seeking an analytical and resourceful individual who will perform criminal and/or civil legal work in support of law & motion and trial calendars for the Riverside Superior Court. The ideal candidate will possess current membership in the State Bar of California and three years of experience in the practice of law, which includes the performance of legal research.

MEDICAL PLAN and DENTAL PLAN
The Court offers medical and dental plans.
Employees may waive the Court-offered Medical and Hospital Plan, if they provide proof of other current "group" health plan coverage.

MEDICAL FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PROGRAM
The Court contributes an amount each month, which is determined by the "Type of Enrollment" on behalf of each regular employee in a paid status, who is enrolled in one of the medical and hospital plans provided by the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside.

Flexible Benefit contributions shall be reduced on a pro-rated basis for an employee working less than full time.

VISION PLAN
The Court offers a vision plan.

ANNUAL LEAVE 
Employees in this job class accrue annual leave; pro-rated if less than full time.

LIFE INSURANCE
Court pays a basic term life insurance policy for each SEIU employee.

RETIREMENT
Participation in Public Employee's Retirement System (PERS).

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
EAP is a benefit provided by Superior Court of California, County of Riverside for all employees.

HOLIDAYS
