  • Ability to review, analyze, and draft complex documents accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and tasks simultaneously and to complete tasks efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner

  • Ability to competently and professionally communicate with clients and supervising attorneys

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience
  • Law degree (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
  • Currently admitted, or eligible for admission, in Nebraska
  • 2+ years of relevant transactional experience

Qualified candidates have at least three years of complex commercial and/or employment litigation experience. Experience in copyright and/or trademark litigation is beneficial, but not required.  This dynamic role affords the opportunity to work in Spokane or remotely in Kutak Rock’s expanding regional and national litigation practice.  Position Information
 Salary Range: $125,000-$165,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
 Status: Exempt
 Work Location: Hybrid 3:2 or Remote (Based on chosen candidate location and ability to travel)
