The Lease Equipment Coordinator is responsible for supporting all capital lease functions while working with Leasing companies, Banks, Vendors, Accounting, and the Finance departments. This individual will be the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all deals that involve leases that may include; managing the daily servicing of capital equipment lease finance, ensuring timely payments of lease invoices, invoice discrepancy, and inquires. Responsible for reviewing lease agreements to ensure conformity with terms and to identify developing trends within market, negotiates lease contracts with potential vendors, and works with management to ensure the successful execution of documentation signing. He/she will work with Legal department to lease agreements conform to applicable company policies and regulations.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
