If you have a passion for data management, analytics, and connection of data with processes related to HRIS systems - and understanding how this supports people through teamwork, then we have a position that will match your strengths. We have an opening for a Sr. HRIS Analyst with responsibilities for reporting Human Resource, Payroll, and e-Time data to all business units from the Payroll/HRIS systems. The position also develops, produces, reconciles, and analyzes multiple reports for various business units in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
* The position is responsible for reporting HR and Payroll data to all business units from the various Payroll/HRIS systems.
* Developing Reports: Meeting and responding with various internal and external contacts to determine the type and format of reports required. Determining what reporting tool to use - ADP, eTime, General Ledger Application, EV6, or other systems. Using technical expertise, determining the fields required for the reports and the files required for those fields. In conjunction with the users, testing and confirming the results of the reports. Providing support and direction to report users.
* Producing Reports: Reports are run as needed or based on a schedule. It is necessary to determine the timeframe for the reports - like the 401k or accounts payable reports. It is necessary to determine the filter to use - location code or benefit option. It is necessary to meet business dates of reporting on a timely basis - Day 1 of closing, 4th workday, Wednesday, etc.
* Providing Data and Information in a resourceful manner: Reports must be prepared in such a way as to provide information, not just data. This involves formatting, graphing, and analysis.
* Providing data: It is necessary for some users to just provide data in a format that is easily usable. This would be true of auditors, tax bills.
