Job Summary
This position performs a variety of office support duties within an administrative department, including maintaining records, files, and images in the data system.

Office is located just off campus at 1161 W Samford Ave. Employees are responsible for their own transportation.
Essential Functions
  • File, issue, and maintain certificates of insurance
  • Sort mail
  • Manage paper shredding
  • Keeps events to be reviewed in the Campus Event Planning System up to date
  • Car Maintenance/Auto Inspections
  • Sends out safety recall notices to AU departments
  • Update auto inspections in RMIS
  • Help maintain MVR list
  • Runs errands to take or pick up documentation
  • Keeps vehicle usage excel spreadsheet up to date
  • Analyzes reports and records changes in van safety completions
Minimum Qualifications
  • Enrolled Auburn University student
  • Basic knowledge of standard office functions.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
Pay Rate $10.00/hr
Work Hours 15
