Position

This key Galliard client support role provides service to Galliard clients, consultants and most importantly Galliard relationship managers. The role is part of our Galliard front office team, and facilitates and supports our efforts to provide excellent client service and investment solutions as a premiere provider of stable value products to US institutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with relationship managers on mutual client assignments to deliver outstanding client service
  • Coordinate project plans across multiple teams for client onboardings and transitions
  • Support internal teams strategy decisions by running various ad hoc analysis
  • Coordinate, prepare and provide client Investment Management Agreement deliverables
  • Review client reporting deliverables and presentations
  • Collect and process retirement plan demographic data for separately managed accounts

Candidate

Required Qualifications:

  • College degree in business, accounting, finance
  • Ability to juggle multiple client deliverables at once while meeting competing deadlines
  • Ability to lead client onboardings and transitions across multiple internal and external teams and demonstrate project management skills
  • Self-starter with a sense of ownership and a desire to learn the business and contribute at a high level
  • Desire to solve problems and provide superior service to both internal and external clients
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment-providing support and back up as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 + years of experience in financial services, insurance or banking
  • Stable value investment experience and/or knowledge of stable value investment concepts
  • Fixed income experience and/or knowledge of fixed income investment concepts
  • Familiarity with retirement plans (401k, 457 plans...) and investment terminology also a plus
