We have a career opportunity for a civil site/land development engineer with a proven track record of successfully managing a broad range of projects. In this role you will both self-perform and direct project teams in the planning and design of civil site/land development projects, as well as play an important role in managing client relationships. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the growth of the civil site/land development group.

• Manage multiple, concurrent civil site/land development projects for municipal, public, and private clients
• Establish project goals and milestones, define responsibilities, coordinate resources, and monitor project progress
• Ensure the development of high-quality engineering documents
• Adhere to all internal procedures for quality control, documentation, and project tracking
• Contribute to other project work as a technical specialist or advisor, as needed
• Mentor junior staff

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required
• PE License required
• Thorough understanding of state and regional design standards
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• A track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
