Responsibilities:


As an Engineering Co-op, reporting to the Sustaining Engineering Project Manager, you will assist in the world class engineering of released Medical products. Your responsibilities will include the following: testing/troubleshooting, writing test protocols, creating and executing test setups, project management, and documentation support. You will be working side by side with experienced engineers. You will work in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment as well as gain knowledge of other disciplines that support a manufacturing environment.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering
  • experience working in team environments.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to understand specification documents will be necessary.
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to utilize test equipment and execute detailed test protocols is necessary.
  • Multi-tasking under moderate pressure
  • Willingness to learn new applications
  • Working as both a team player and a self-motivated individual will be required.
  • Microsoft Office Products
  • Testing/Debugging
  • Programming (LabView, C#, ....)
  • Ability to assembly/design test fixtures
