THE ROLE
As a member of the MFS Talent Development team, you will contribute to the execution of the talent strategy. In partnership with the broader Talent Development team and Human Resources Business Partners, you will facilitate and implement methodologies that encourage growth and development for all employees. The role develops learning programs end to end ensuring the learning experience efficiently meets the objectives and business strategy. You will be responsible for collaborating on the design and delivery of global learning resources that align with company-wide strategies focused on employee and career development.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Contribute to the delivery of enterprise-wide employee development, including the design, development, implementation and measurement of global, enterprise-wide, multi-modal employee, career development programming.
  • Create and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders (HRBP's, functional HR team, etc.) to understand business problems and effectively communicate solutions.
  • Design and incorporate effective communication and feedback methods for development programs and learning experiences. Ensure these measures are relevant to changing business needs.
  • Identify and research external resources to meet specific needs, overseeing the selection and partnership with outside developmental resources as needed. Establish and maintain strong external business partner relationships.
  • Support formal and informal learning facilitation, instructor and virtual instructor led training including use of learning technology and resources to reach and engage a global audience.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and run internal learning programs as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree required. Experience with basic training & facilitation principles, Human Resources Management, Education or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of training/facilitation experience in a similar role with a similar scope.
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment of aligning development to business outcomes and realizing measurable impact.
  • Consultative approach with the ability to assess client needs, develop and deliver appropriate development interventions to address client needs.
  • Experience with group facilitator. Adept at facilitating across multiple levels of audiences - including all aspects of knowledge sharing, knowledge transfer, experiential learning, and learning through group/team exercises.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: must be able to establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of execution and project management, analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills
