POSITION SUMMARY
Recruiter/Trainer will be responsible for ensuring that Youturn Health is able to identify, recruit, train and retain the highest quality direct service staff and associated management team(s). The Trainer/Recruiter must be able to identify his/her professional recovery network (and/or behavioral health network) that is crucial to this role. This role requires a high level of initiative and creativity. The YT Health recruiter and trainer must develop and execute on a plan that ensures a constant supply of high-quality candidates.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifies internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic media to ensure fit.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and placing administrative behavioral healthcare professionals into various “service oriented” (coaching) positions across the organization.
- Maintaining strategic communication with hiring managers at all times to identify emerging needs.
- Performing departmental needs assessments for hiring expectations to ensure quality hires.
- Promotion and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Participating in the development and implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives at all sites.
- Educating client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process.
- Providing training and guidance on policies and procedures (as determined by Compliance/Quality Control).
- Provide core trainings related to recovery coaching, grief coaching, stress management, and all SUD individual/family services.
- Experience providing training. Track record of successful execution of organizational training programs.

PREFERRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
SKILLS: The Recruiter Trainer must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and must possess excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, as well as good problem-solving skills. The incumbent must be able to read, interpret documents and write routine reports. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate a willingness to learn and an interest in acquiring new skills as needed.
Education: Bachelor's / Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Relations, Education, Human Resources, Healthcare, Business/Administration, or any of the human service degrees is preferred. A High School Diploma is required.
Experience: At least 5 years’ experience working as a manager, trainer, or supervisor. Preferred experience within the behavioral health space. Must have well established network and be able to articulate plan of action to address scalability concerns.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite required.
