Talgo Inc is looking for Manufacturing Technician with 2 to 3 years of experience, for an exciting job opportunity working on Trains!

Key requirements of the job:

• Two years’ experience in equipment assembly and disassembly
• Disassembly of vehicles being overhauled
• Assembly of non-complex equipment and parts
• Support on movement of vehicles in the facility
• Ensure that previously installed items are not damaged during interior production process
• Repair and clean cars for inspections and final delivery to customer
• Candidate must be able to follow work instructions
• Ensure that all working areas are kept clean and organized 
• Perform corrective maintenance as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment, as directed
• Maintain and manage tools, supplies, and equipment that are assigned to the individual
• May be performing mechanical tasks, or other tasks to support production. The manufacturing technician will be required to perform other duties as assigned such as plant cleanup, trash removal, material movement etc. 
• Experience using hand, pneumatic and power tools including, but not limited to: screwdrivers, drill, band saw, grinder, angle, belt sander, air impact drill, etc.
• This position reports to the Mechanical Shop Manager

• Must be able to take and pass a pre-employment drug test
