Job Description

Responsibilities :

The IT Business Analyst accountable for the delivery (quality and deadline) of analytics. This includes driving business and technical discussions to define/design/deliver analytics, stakeholder and business analyst communication, capability to work with global teams (Cebu, Kolkata, Geneva, Lexington). It does require an advanced understanding of business processes and a great knowledge of technical architecture around CRM migration from Siebel to D365. This position is focused on Service Analytics, which includes managed assets, service call metrics and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities:

    • Management of end-to-end analytics projects
    • Follows process and project methodology, ensuring proper implementation and adoption
    • Advocates continuous improvement including identification of opportunities, adoption of best practices and standards
    • Assist the business leaders for change management, training, and communication to the user community in order to effectively use tools and systems
    • Assist with partnering with business leaders to build Analytics adoption that align to business strategies and goals
    • Coordination with cross regional teams

Qualifications:

    • 5-15 years related work experience
    • At least 3+ years' experience with:
      • PowerBI
      • SQL / SQL DB
      • Data Warehouse / Data modelling
      • Microsoft Dynamics
    • Experience in Customer Services and/or Field Services area would be a plus
    • Ability to organize information, manage tasks and projects to support business needs
    • Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with intermediate levels of management
    • Ability to flexibly accept dynamically changing priorities

Education/Training:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

    • Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner
    • Requires technical and management skills appropriate to the position
    • Requires strong oral and written communication skills
    • Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
    • Ability to facilitate meetings and action plans
    • Must be a strong team player
