The Grid-Scale Renewables GIS team is responsible for spatial data management, visualization, and analysis in support of ENGIE North America's utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage platform. The GIS Intern will play a critical role in the development process, directly supporting our legal, land, engineering, delivery, and origination teams through map generation, database management, and spatial analysis. The GIS Intern can expect to gain applied mapping and data management skills, exposure to current renewable energy policy, and an understanding of wind, solar, and battery storage project development.

The pay range for this role is: $19.00-$24.75 an hour. The listed salary range represents ENGIE's good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries across all U.S. locations. An employee's rate of pay within the range is determined by their work location, and additional factors, including qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and package and certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
