Job Description:

Bellin Health is looking for a highly engaged and driven physical therapist interested in a job with the opportunity to advance professionally. We are seeking someone who will contribute to our highly engaged culture driven to practice at the top of our scope of practice by utilizing the most evidence based care. The position is specifically targeting a professional with an aspiration for lifelong learning. Bellin Health is committed to developing our therapists with opportunities to pursue higher-level specialization training such as formal residency or fellowship training as well as specialty certification training. This includes one on one mentorship opportunities working closely with experienced and skilled therapist with specialty training and higher level skill sets including board certification or fellowship training. All of our new team members are sponsored with paid time to complete specialty track coursework during their first year of employment to refine and enhance their skill set. Regular employees also are granted a subscription to MedBridge which allows for additional continuing education opportunities.

In addition to the opportunities described above, becoming a member of our outpatient therapy team offers unique opportunities. Those include physical therapists embedded and staffed in primary care provider practices where their entire time is devoted to offering consultations to patients presenting to their primary care or urgent care visits with musculoskeletal or dizziness related concerns. We call this "Physical Therapy Team Based Care". We believe this model is truly unique and leverages the physical therapist's unique skillset in order to provide the right care for the patient at the right time while working intimately with other members of the healthcare team. Similarly, we also have opportunities leveraging the physical therapists' skillset to provide virtual consults via a telemedicine platform. These allow our physical therapists to truly be frontline providers for patients in many environments with musculoskeletal concerns. All of this is supported by a health system that truly values the skillset and abilities of a capable physical therapist.

The position will include working as a part of our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Team helping to expand, improve, and innovate our ever-growing service offerings. Applicants should be willing to adapt to different environments and enjoy company/patient variability. For therapists, working in our rural clinics, there is the possibility of mileage and drive time compensation based on your location. Any PT interested in growing professionally with a highly skilled team is encouraged to apply.
