Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Team Facilitator/Supervisor - Sign on Bonus available for qualified candidates.- Team Facilitator stipend and night shift differential included.

Position Highlights:
  • Work location: Bellin Hospital, 744 S. Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
  • Work environment: Our Cardiac Unit is a 28 bed unit with a cohesive team environment that improves cardiac diagnosis such as arrhythmias, CHF, myocardial infarctions, cardiac and peripheral stenting, pre and post patient care for open heart surgery, vascular procedures, lung surgeries, valve replacements and much more. Our typical patient to nurse rations are 1:4 on day and evening shifts and 1:6 on night shift.
  • Salary range is based on relevant years of experience and includes an additional Team Facilitator stipend.
Shift Hours:

Full Time, 0.9 FTE. Mix of day and evening shifts or mix of day and overnight shift (your choice), can be either 8s, 12s or a combination. Every 6th weekend rotation.

Job Description:

Responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.

Responsible for executing and maintaining high quality standards of nursing care and/or personal performance; accountability for department operations.

Qualifications:

WI RN license required.

Minimum of two years or prior cardiac experience required.

Sign on Bonus available for qualified candidates.
