The role we are offering you:

The Flight Services Team is looking for an Implementation Specialist managing flight planning software.

Main responsibilities:

  • Installation and configuration of applications: support with necessary technical improvements for particular system according to client's needs and requirements

  • Program software troubleshooting on-live systems using SQL, logs, network and systems tools

  • Serve as a bridge between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers in case of any changes and new system implementation

  • Provide technical support to customer on the application and its functionality

  • Document, review and edit requirements and technical specifications and recommendations related to projects

  • Solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains

  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner

  • Consistently deliver high-quality service to customers

  • Ensures that approved methods, processes, and tools are consistently used.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Profound knowledge of administrating and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server

  • Understanding of Databases, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL profiler

  • Ability to understand and modify PowerShell scripts

  • Understanding basic network concepts

  • Diligent and details oriented

  • Ability to coordinate and work with multiple global teams

  • Ability to communicate sensitive information tactfully

  • Flexibility to travel (25%)

  • Fluency in English
