We're looking for a Roadway Designer that wants a career-advancing opportunity in our growing Austin TX division. As a roadway designer on our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various infrastructure projects for State DOT's, local municipalities and private clients. You will provide design support for roadways, driveways, sidewalks, greenways, parks, multimodal improvements, and bridge replacement projects. You will regularly interact and coordinate designs efforts with the hydraulic, traffic, structures, environmental and other disciplines to develop turnkey projects.

• Perform design calculations, and assist with design development
• Compute quantities and demonstrate awareness of relationships to pay items
• Develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner
• Perform tasks on schedule and within budget as assigned
• Work independently under the guidance of a Project Manager

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• EIT Certification
• 2+ years of experience preferred
