Ignite Digital Services has an exciting opportunity for an Project Analyst in Charleston, SC. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is a motivated self-starter with superior listening, effective communication in writing, and organizational skills to support our customers support operations.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Support project, program, and portfolio-level execution within an Agile project management construct

  • Provide detail oriented administrative management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies to support decision-making

  • Develop and present financial and budget analyses and report current, cumulative and forecasted information to support data-driven financial decisions pertaining to project work streams and lines of funding

  • Provide historical and current data analyses or models to support project cost estimates for project planning

  • Develop monthly program review presentations for stakeholders

  • Develop weekly status reports

  • Assist in development of standard operating procedures, policies, and document templates

  • Capture meeting minutes, assign and track action items, and distribute to relevant stakeholders

  • Assist with tracking onboarding and offboarding activities for team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance

  • Minimum three (3) years of related experience

  • Demonstrated program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level management

  • Possess strong computer, finance, and analytical skills

  • Experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrated strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries

  • Experience managing remote collaboration, communication, information management, and workflow tools

Desired Qualifications:

  • DoD security clearance

  • Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, and/or SAFe practitioner

  • Experience with Agile-Lean methodology to include SAFe and SAFe for Government

  • Experience supporting DoD / USMC systems acquisition programs

  • Experience with NIWC Atlantic program and financial management processes and best practices

  • Experience with the Navy ERP Project Systems module

  • A proven ability to multi-task, manage time, and organize/plan

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-oriented approach

$60,000+ to align with education & experience.
