Geosyntec is seeking a Principal Hydrogeologist for any of our offices in California to support and continue to grow our existing Hydrogeologic and Water Resources Sector Practice. This position will support existing clients water resources clients, and the creation and implementation of new strategies by providing strategic solutions to our clients' most complex water resources problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaboration and mentorship of early and mid-career team members are cornerstones of Geosyntec's culture. We operate under a sell-manage-do culture, and so we expect you to work on challenging technical projects while leveraging your existing knowledge and experience to help Geosyntec expand its current practices and capabilities through business development and client management. You may also be asked to take on project management responsibilities, along with staff management and mentoring tasks.

Below are the potential compensation ranges that we in good faith believe are applicable for this role at the time of this posting and are only applicable for jobs to be performed in the specified California locations below. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec's total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location.
