INTERN - CONSTRUCTION
Job Summary
Patrick is looking for an intern to join our construction and design-build team in our industrial infrastructure division that focuses on at-risk construction projects within various markets. Work assignments will be completed with training and mentoring by experienced senior staff. The goal is to allow the student to progress professionally, understand how a project is built, and contribute to the progress of active endeavors.
Through mentoring and coaching, you will learn the professional aspects and business of construction management and the application of civil engineering fundamentals. You will be afforded the opportunity to participate in the development of construction estimates and assist with the management of construction projects being built across the country. We recognize the value in you seeing the finished work product. This is an environment where you will be working with bright, successful, motivated individuals who are proud to design and construct projects as a collaborative team.
Skills & Requirements
  • Must be working toward a degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • Strong interest in at-risk construction projects
  • 3rd year undergraduate student
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and invest in professional development
