Summary:

Goldschmitt and Associates is seeking an Applications Development Manager (ADM)/ Team Lead in support of a federal agency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Technical Supervisor for one of the technical software development application group and work closely with colleagues in the execution of their tasks.
• Define and direct technical specifications and tasks to be performed by team members, define target dates of tasks and subtasks, and provide guidance and assistance in coordinating output and ensuring the technical adequacy of the end-product.
• Work closely, in a team environment, with the Project Manager, the other Application Development Manager(s), and designated Federal staff.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Possess at least 5 years of technical experience managing a team of software developers
• Possess working knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
  
• Possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
