Responsibilities

From initial client contact through design to project completion, you will provide the technical expertise critical to the success of each project and team you are assigned. Focus areas include collaborative team building, mentoring, client relationships, detail design across all phases of an architectural project.

The successful candidate will oversee detail design and document development for primarily assigned projects and assist with the same for all projects as a resource to best practice document development and constructability. Must have a good working knowledge of how buildings and projects are integrated from the beginning until the closeout. This person will have an active role in document development in the Revit platform, must have Revit experience. Must work actively to meet project schedules with quality deliverables that support the Dewberry quality management process. This person will participate in company promotional activities, including client contact and business development. Coordinates with Leadership to promote the specific goals and design intent of the project.

Required Skills & Required Experience
    12+ years of relative work experience.
  • Candidates must have a degree in Architecture.
  • Ability for registration in OK. Licensure preferred, but not required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to mentor and nurture younger staff.
  • Possess working Revit experience.

Candidates must provide a short list describing experience and certifications such as LEED, DBIA, etc. The knowledge of sustainable design principles is foundational to all the work we do and a working understanding of sustainable design is expected for this position.

Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
