Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Landscape Design Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

* Work under the direction of registered Landscape Architect to assist in development of site design projects, from concept design to construction documentation

* Understand that assignments have specified objectives and require investigation of many variables, including site analysis, building operation, vehicular and pedestrian traffic, site grading and storm drainage

* Conduct site visits and analyses, and assist the project Landscape Architect with illustration of design using combination of hand-drawn and computer-rendered graphics

* Provide AutoCAD production support during concept and schematic design, design development, and construction document phases

* Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field

* AutoCAD, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience

* Photoshop a plus

* Requires ability to prepare site plans and understand the principles of grading and drainage

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree preferred

Benefits and Compensation:

The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
