Integral Federal is accepting applications for a Test & Evaluation Level IV Specialist located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.

The Test and Evaluation Specialist Level IV provides the HQ Test and Evaluation Section, Program Executive Office Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors Program Management Office Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) program test and evaluation support.

Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Assist the development of classified and unclassified test programs, plans, and procedures, conduct testing, and evaluate and document the results in briefings and reports for PM PNT products and PNT supported clients and platforms. This testing may include: cybersecurity, hardware and software components, subsystem and system level development, system compatibility, acceptance, functional, integration, full qualification, field, environmental and stress screening, electromagnetic interference, electromagnetic compatibility and TEMPEST.
• Participate in planning and conducting classified and unclassified test efforts for PM PNT products and PNT supported clients and platforms. Develop, review, comment and staff test documentation including: TEMPs, TRR briefings, test plans, test procedures, and test reports and results.
• Provide classified and unclassified briefing materials, updates, and attend technical and program reviews, including events leading to the review, and events after the review (i.e., SSR, SSR, SFR, PDR, CDR, and TRR).
• Participate in IPTs and working groups; and provide inputs to IMSs, risks, and budgeting processes. Attend meetings as required.
• Assist in drafting SOOs, SOWs, PWSs, performance specifications, and associated solicitation documentation and provide technical advice and assistance regarding proposal evaluation.

Required:

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10 years' Experience or a Master's degree with 8 years' experience in testing for DoD or DoD products.
