Overview

Integral Federal is accepting applications for an Acquisition Specialist Level III located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.

The Acquisition Specialist Level III will support the HQ Business Management section Program Executive Office Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors Program Management Office Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) Plan, develop, review, and track Acquisition Requirement Packages for Government approval, IAW the FAR, DoD, Army, ASA(ALT) and PEO guidelines.

Must have an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
    Assist in drafting SOOs, SOWs, PWSs, performance specifications, and associated solicitation documentation for PM PNT products.
  • Maintain contract metrics derived from ongoing and planned PM PNT contracting activities.
  • Provide inputs to establish classified and unclassified PM PNT contract schedules and milestones in coordination with: PM PNT leadership, PM PNT Products, requiring activities, ACC, external stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Develop and coordinate classified and unclassified briefing materials for use in: program status, contracting, financial, and acquisition reviews.
  • Attend program status, contracting, financial and acquisition reviews.
  • Track CDRL deliveries for PM PNT product contracts and route them to PM PNT product staff for Government action.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings and working groups and liaise with industry, Army customer, and other government agencies.
  • Provide and update briefing documentation for, and attend meetings associated with, all acquisition aspects of PM PNT products, to include such meetings as IPTs; reviews leading to and including Milestone Decisions; PNT product contractor reviews; Program Management Reviews (PMRs); Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs); and budget reviews.
Qualifications

Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a specialized field with 7 years' experience or a Master's degree in a specialized field with 5 years' experience, or military service in a related MOS (or equivalent classification) with 10 years' experience in DoD acquisition programs; and developing, reviewing and presenting briefings to senior management.
