Overview

Integral Federal is accepting applications for an IT Support Specialist III located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.

The IT Support Specialist Level III will support the HQ Operations Section, Program Executive Office Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors Program Management Office Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) management and implementation of Information Systems and support recovery processes for compromised information systems to ensure security features and procedures are properly observed IAW Government provided Army policies, guidance, and procedures.

Must have an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
    Support IS inspections, tests, and reviews IAW Government provided requirements of Army policies, guidance, and procedures.
  • Respond to IS incidents IAW Army policies, guidance, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement various IS training programs and implement the Army Cyber Command continuous monitoring as required.
  • Support PM PNT IT infrastructure such as computers, monitors, displays, printers, VTC equipment, and associated networking devices for daily office operations in support of the PM PNT mission.
  • Establish, maintain, and update user accounts for all network platforms (i.e. NIPR, SIPR, JWICS) IAW Army policies, guidance, and procedures.
  • Create, delete, modify, assess, and update PM PNT IT hardware and software to optimize the PM PNT IT environment while simultaneously complying with Army policies, guidance, and procedures.
  • Identify IT issues affecting the PM PNT IT environment; notify PM PNT Operations and Leadership staff; and recommend courses of action to mitigate or eliminate the issues.
  • Provide courses of action and material recommendations to PM PNT staff for improvements to and replacements for PM PNT IT infrastructure.
  • Setup, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment related to unclassified and classified PM PNT meetings, as required. The Contractor shall configure audio/video sources to link to appropriate destinations through Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) or Internet Provider (IP) - based routers and gateways; and setup, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment related to display of digital content on monitors or screens during meetings or dry runs preceding an event.
  • Participate in knowledge communities of practice concerning IT requirements as directed by Government and communicate pertinent updates and changes to PM PNT leadership with recommended courses of action.
  • Complete and maintain all necessary certification and training requirements in accordance with DoD8570.01M and as directed by Government.
  • Coordinate and prepare for Classified (Secret and Top Secret) meetings, teleconferences, and video conferences.
  • Maintain Classified (Secret and Top Secret) IT systems to include but not limited to: Computers, Video Teleconference Systems, and Telephones.
  • Assist the Government in gaining access to classified (Secret and Top Secret) networks, including access to SIPR tokens and password resets.
  • Assist the Government in establishing processes and procedures around the implementation of Commercial Solutions for Classified Systems.
Qualifications

Required:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a minimum 7 year's of experience in DoD IT support to include DoD IT Security requirements.
