JOB PURPOSE
Farm Management Trainees will gain knowledge and training in our daily farm operations and receive swine farm management, supervisory and leadership training necessary to prepare them for a supervisory or technical role within a swine farm or support department. The training period will be 6 to 12 months in Guymon, OK. Upon completion of the training period, farm operations trainees will be eligible to apply for open positions in any of our operations areas and be promoted within Seaboard Foods.

REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift up to 100 pounds and sometimes push/and or move up to 300 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
