Advanced financial modeling skills

Working knowledge of GAAP, FAR & CAS

Ability to complete work within scheduled time frame within a fast paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be a self-starter who takes ownership of his/her processes and continuously strives for improvement while eliminating non-value processes and procedures.

Prior work experience in the aerospace & defense industry preferred.

Experience with billings is a plus.

Familiarity with using ERP systems; knowledge of SyteLine is a plus.

Act as a control point for EAC's (Estimate at Completion) between Program Managers and Program Finance.

BS in Finance with major in Accounting; with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a manufacturing and/or engineering environment

Proactive in reporting status and issues that may impact one's ability to meet a deadline.

Strong administrative/organization skills.
