Job Description

As the Director, Talent Management you will focus on succession planning, reskilling of workforce, performance management, leadership and team development, coaching, assessment, employee engagement and the use of the appropriate talent management, team and leadership tools and practices to lead leaders, teams and organization to drive a high-performing and highly engaged culture and workforce.

Job Functions:

  • Lead and develop team of high-performers focused on elevating the engagement of our workforce

  • Provide oversight of Inclusion, Diversity Equity and Belonging programs, including employee resource group. Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.

  • Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., performance management, succession planning, workforce retention).

  • Research and assist in the development of training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements and engagement and prioritizing organizational concerns.

  • Conduct trainings, maintain LMS system within Workday and develop programing aligned to strategic development plan

  • Engage with multiple teams to create an engagement calendar (i.e. Employee relations, Wellbeing/total rewards team, IDE)

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's and 8 years or Master's and 6 years

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: 5 years Talent Management
