The LPN under the direct supervision of an RN, performs patient care, provides for psychosocial needs of patients, assists with patient teaching, administers medications, and documents accordingly.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN school. Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting. Current SC LPN license. Current CPR certification.
