The Lead Marketing Specialist coordinates the activities of others in developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives related to product marketing, market research, internet-related marketing, and advertising. They analyze marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies and implement current marketing strategies set forth by Senior Management.
The Lead Marketing Specialist works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. They determine methods and procedures on new assignments and measure all marketing efforts through use of data. Utilizing this data, they provide recommendations on how to improve the performance of the marketing programs. Prior experience in email campaigns and event management highly preferred.
