We are seeking a Scheduler / Office Assistant who’ll enjoy a nontraditional role where no two days are the same!This very active role serves as the first point of contact to our residents, visitors and guests, as well as supports our leadership team with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. When needed, we all help out on the floor to ensure the resident’s needs are met. This person will also need to feel comfortable helping out on occasion in our 41 unit campus (17 Memory Care units and 24 Assisted Living units) located in Baraboo, WI.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering and transferring phone calls when necessary
Welcoming and directing residents, visitors or guests
Scheduling, or assisting the Administrator with scheduling / staffing / payroll
Monitoring, ordering and stocking supplies as needed
Coordinating appointments for residents
Maintaining various records to help ensure facility compliance
Assisting with coordination of medication check in / updates as directed
Working on the floor on occasion to ensure needs of residents are met
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and leadership
Successfully problem solve, make decisions and maintain confidentiality
Basic computer skills including email, web browsing skills, Word and Excel
One or more years work experience with the senior population
Scheduling / Staffing / Time Sheets experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual
High School diploma or GED
Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs, and support up to 100lbs
Experience working as a resident assistant, nursing assistant or caregiver is preferred
Current or former Resident Assistant is ideal
