Ignite Digital Services, has an exciting opportunity for aManagementAnalystin the Charleston, SC area. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is a motivated self-starter, with excellent attention to detail, who can perform a variety of functions under competing deadlines. The Management Analyst will join a team delivering acquisition management strategy and execution for federal government clients.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Develop weekly financial reporting on service center uncollected and processed service center fees.
  • Provide notices to customers with outstanding uncollected payments
  • Works with customers to ensure the correct charge codes are applied to bills ensuring that funds can be properly processed
  • Collaborates with various service center teams to align customer asset information to ensure accurate funding completion.
  • Assists customer contract processing, standardizing, and archiving for various clients in the Department of the Navy for funding purposes
  • Track funding documents, charge codes, and process dates across multiple DoD systems
  • Improves process efficiencies by restructuring and developing a standard operating procedure for customer documentation records, funding review process, and general communication guidelines used by the client team

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum two (2) years of Federal contract management experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining billing and procurement data
  • Demonstrated experience with asset management systems
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries
  • Demonstrated experience developing analysis to support programmatic decision-making
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting DoD / Navy financial management systems
  • Experience with NIWC Atlantic program and financial management processes and best practices
  • Experience with the Navy ERP and Collection Central
  • Experience with Navy EMS and NET
  • A proven ability to multi-task, manage time, and organize/plan
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform
