Ignite digital Services, has an exciting opportunity for Project Coordinator Lead in Charleston, SC. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter with superior listening, effective communication, and organizational skills to support the Defense Healthcare Management Systems (DHMS) IPT Operations Management efforts. This position corresponds with the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) to provide timely information management support, documentation, and deliverables to efficiently accomplish the mission of DHMS upstart projects.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Drive collaboration and communication necessary to ensure project success, including successful integration of projects and their dependencies.
  • Conduct and participate in meetings with stakeholders, staff members, and project managers, to render project activities into actionable solutions across business units and initiatives.
  • Develop key program planning materials, organizational documentation, and leadership briefings to effectively communicate program status, convey issues and obtain decisions.
  • Manages process initiatives to align with long-term organizational strategy.
  • Consults with team leadership to develop best practices for organizational processes
  • Provides collaborative leadership, facilitation and interface among supported clients and team members.
  • Develop PWS, WBS, charters and other project related artifacts.
  • Coordinates with managers on initiatives, and priorities.
  • Review, research, and route correspondence.
  • Performs oversight, analysis, management and cost control for projects.
  • Manages distributed teams to ensure goals are accomplished.
  • Develop format, coordinate, consolidate, and maintain weekly and monthly reports to NIWC leadership and Sponsor.
  • Monitor and report various project(s) and communicate updates to leadership regularly.
  • Develop and continuously maintain all project documentation for current and OYs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Engineering, Physical Science or business-related specialty.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Current Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 Program Management Certification.
  • Ten (10) years of Strategic Business Management experience in Department of Defense Acquisitions Programs, to include Development of Corporate Strategic Plans, Development of Organizational Performance Management Plans, Development of Organization Governance Structures, Guiding significant organizational change management efforts.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with information gained in meetings
