Ignite Digital Services has an exciting opportunity for a Program Training Coordinator in Charleston, SC. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter with superior listening, effective communication, and organizational skills to support the Defense Healthcare Management Systems (DHMS) IPT Operations Management efforts. This position corresponds with the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) to provide training development, implementation, and sustainment for MHS Genesis Program in coordination with management support, documentation, and deliverables to efficiently accomplish the mission of DHMS.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Provide meticulous attention to details that ensure accurate and meaningful task completion for the client.
  • Provide expert consulting in training implementation to a variety of stakeholders and customers
  • Assist in carrying out program objectives, requirements, schedules, and courses of action required to attain program objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive training plans to include short and long range requirements for program execution.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders and customers various details and strategies of training plans.
  • Coordinate initiatives to streamline management operations and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction, to support program goals and objectives.
  • Perform analysis of multiple data sets to develop conclusions in support of deployment planning, monitoring, and scheduling.
  • Identify and resolve data integrity and other reporting issues, and implement strategies for risk mitigation, as needed.
  • Monitor and report various project(s) and communicate updates to leadership regularly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical Training in Project Management Body of Knowledge, PMP certified.
  • Experience: Eight (8) years of hands-on experience with managing projects, to include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
  • Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in in DoD C4ISR Acquisition Programs and Projects.
