Alloy Products, a division of Wall Colmonoy uses its state-of-the-art laboratory to create a range of specialized products. We make coatings used to make surfaces more durable. We also manufacture brazing products, which are used to join metal parts together. In addition, we produce innovative tools which are used for various applications in different industries.
Our 52,000-square foot facility located in Los Lunas, New Mexico houses a dedicated team of 100+ highly skilled professionals and constantly expands its production capabilities. Our products are globally shipped to customers far and wide.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Meeting with production managers to assess existing processes
- Draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates
- Perform Risk assessments
- Design and test process upgrades and new process systems - while ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards
- Performing process simulations and trouble shooting issues
- Performing optimization tests
- Develop routines and best practices to ensure product quality
- Develop standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process
- Provide the Engineering team and Production Manager with process documents and standard operating procedures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering
- Proven work experience as a process engineer
- Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures
- Advanced technical skills
- Analytical thinker
- Project management experience
