Entry Level Maintenance Technician ($23.00+) All Saints Neighborhood

Job Description
Seeking a Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude/ability who also has a compassionate attitude towards older adults (geriatric population). This role is ideal for someone who is just starting out
Pay:
Starts at $23.00 per hour - can increase based on experience and education.

You choose! We are flexible, so you can choose if you want to full or part time.
Duties:
Provide maintenance support to a large residential property complex (All Saints Neighborhood) which is located on the west side of Madison to provide repairs and improvement projects. Other tasks may include inspections, repairs to electric, plumbing, lighting, hardware, TV, locks and safety systems. Some light travel may also occur to other local properties.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to perform plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs, as well as carpentry and locksmithing, painting, dry-wall repair, and snow removal, required.
- Ability to handle on-call emergency services on an as-needed basis, required.
- Valid WI driver's license and a favorable driving record.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English, required.
- Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Support up to 100 pounds.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in residential property management, preferred.
