The purpose of the Technical Rotation Program (TRP) is to recruit and hire top, diverse, entry level talent, and expose them to various parts of the business to better prepare them for future leadership roles technical and/or managerial. The Technical Rotation Program is a two-year program during which participants will rotate through three, eight-month rotations. At the end of the program, participants are placed in an area of the business that matches their background and interests. It is open to upcoming graduates in Supply Chain or degrees with a Supply Chain focus.
Rotations in Supply Chain/Service can range from all aspects of the supply chain and service value streams. Supply planning, sourcing, and logistics (forward and reverse) help get the right products to our customers at the right time as well as provide a way for end-of-life products to come back to Lexmark for responsible and green solutions to protect our environment. Our Service mission is to drive a positive customer experience ranging from self-help, assisted remote fix and if needed direct service dispatch. Our customers utilize our products in a wide range of business processes that are critical to meeting their customer needs in industries such as pharmacy, retail, banking, manufacturing and more. Rotations within Supply Chain and Service could require interactions with our SAP system for enterprise resource planning or Microsoft D365 customer relationship management system. Typical rotations will involve working cross functionally and, in some cases, working with teams and suppliers around the world.
