Job Description Summary

Digital Campaign Manager

The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimization of the organization's integrated digital marketing campaigns. Works collaboratively with the Products & Solutions marketing team to identify the optimal marketing mix and will lead the development, execution, and measurement of campaigns and programs designed to attract and nurture leads throughout the lifecycle.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensures program and campaign objectives are aligned to overall business and marketing team goals
  • Designs, implements, and documents campaign processes across the enterprise
  • Brings cross-functional teams together to develop campaigns that attract, convert, and nurture leads
  • Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements, as well as provide support, communication, and training as part of campaign launch protocol
  • Strategizes marketing mix across paid, earned, and owned channels, including email, display/retargeting, paid search, social and new media
  • Collaborates with marketing managers and specialists to coordinate messaging and content in campaigns
  • Ensures that the right voice and high-quality content are maintained in all messaging channels
  • Forecasts campaign results and track return on investment across channels
  • Designs appropriate reports/scorecards for meaningful campaign metrics (results that matter to campaign owners and senior leaders)
  • Owns day-to-day coordination of campaign operations, including planning, asset gathering, building, QA, approvals, and scheduling
  • Works with constituents to implement campaigns and obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders including legal, when applicable
  • Drives and implements continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes, driving a conversion rate optimization focus across all campaigns
  • Acts as the go to resource for questions on program and campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources, and timing by managing the enterprise campaign calendar
  • Works with marketing and sales analytics to measure campaign performance and with business leaders to course-correct as campaign execution unfolds
  • Coordinates with marketing managers and specialists for campaign budget allocation and ongoing business reviews of campaign results

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including 3 years of demand generation campaign experience and/or marketing program management experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing execution channels: email, microsites, organic and paid search, syndicated content, webinars, direct mail, display/retargeting and in-person engagements
  • Understanding of CRM data structures and reporting functionality
  • Customer and market-driven orientation
  • Firm understanding of content marketing in demand generation
  • Ability to dive deep into program and campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience
  • Ability to manage multiple competing projects at various levels of scale
  • Understanding of internet technologies and coding (such as HTML, JavaScript)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy despite consistent deadline pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to apply creative thinking and sound reasoning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative, upbeat work ethic where you can take ownership and have fun
  • Campaign budget planning and operation experience strongly preferred
  • Product or service marketing experience a plus
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems. Market to experience preferred
  • Master degree or MBA preferred

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
  • Min 5 years of marketing experience, with 3 years of demand generation campaign experience and/or marketing program management experience
  • Campaign budget planning and operation experience strongly preferred
  • Master degree or MBA preferred

Base Pay Range: $75,315.00 - 103,558.40
