As a Process Technician based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibilities for processes used for fabricating various electronic circuits in the Anritsu fab. These may include processes in sputtering, photolithography, plating, wet and dry etching. Candidate will work with engineers and technicians to ensure smooth flow of production work orders and report issues that affect the performance of process equipment or production processes. Candidate will also communicate and work as part of a team to improve work flow in the fab processes and participate in various continuous improvement plans. This position will be reporting to the Fab Operations Manager based in Morgan Hill, CA

Requirements:

  • 2- 3 years of experience with semiconductor processes such as sputtering, photolithography, plating, or etching is desired.
  • Candidate must be able to read drawings and fill out process travelers.

In order to be successful in this role, the following competencies and behavior skills are required:

  • Highly competent in various semiconductor wafer processing operations.
  • Able to think critically and willing to contribute to various continuous improvement efforts.
  • Team player and ability to work well with other personnel in the fab.

The annual base salary range for this position is $21/hr- $32/hr. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Anritsu Company considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
