Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time PC Technician that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.

- Prepare and ensure accuracy of documentation, procedures manuals, and help sheets for software installations.
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications hardware and software.
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices.
- Works with team members to troubleshoot both complex and routine computer issues.
- Performs one-on-one computer coaching on technology when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Technical school education in Information Services, computer repair or equivalent training or experience.
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10 operating systems.
- Knowledge of Office 365 products.
- Knowledge of remote access support tools.
- Problem solving skills.
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and current auto insurance.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English considered a plus.
