Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and ensure accuracy of documentation, procedures manuals, and help sheets for software installations.
Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications hardware and software.
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices.
Works with team members to troubleshoot both complex and routine computer issues.
Performs one-on-one computer coaching on technology when necessary.
Qualifications:
Technical school education in Information Services, computer repair or equivalent training or experience.
Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10 operating systems.
Knowledge of Office 365 products.
Knowledge of remote access support tools.
Problem solving skills.
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and current auto insurance.
