As the builder of the Product Marketing function for 1upHealth, the Director of Product Marketing will manage 2 product marketing specialists and build strategic process development planning and overseeing all deliverables for the product marketing team.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Work with engineering, product, sales and other team members to create product marketing strategies
- Manage a team of 2 product marketing associates
- Analyze market and competition to identify trends to create meaningful use cases
- Work with product to understand users pain points to translate into solutions to solve their problems
- Support other marketing members by providing your subject matter expertise, in reviewing blogs, press releases, webinars, and other demand generation activities.
- Develop and implement a product marketing plan that is aligned with the product road map.
- Oversee the development of educational materials, training and demos
We are looking for people who have:
- 5+ years product marketing experience, including ability grow and engage customers
- 2 years of experience managing product marketing team members.
- Experience launching high visibility products to our users.
- Product marketing planning and implementation.
- Market automation platforms. Pardot experience.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
- Experience in messaging and positioning based on buyer persona
You may also have:
- Experience in healthcare tech
- Experience in B2B environments targeting Payers and Providers
