Your Opportunity

The Treasury Manager, Capital Markets will be responsible for capital structure planning and analysis, debt capital markets activity and certain aspects of risk management. This position will provide various reporting to internal and external constituents and support creditor relations, including lenders and rating agencies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with financial modeling and analysis and maintain broad market knowledge to inform recommendations and decisions.

Core Responsibilities
    Model and analyze capital structure initiatives and provide recommendations
  • Manage debt maturities and recommend refinancing and new debt issuance to ensure liquidity is available to meet operational needs and capital requirements
  • Support financing activity including arranging bank facilities and issuing bonds
  • Oversee lease financing activity including negotiating lease agreements, managing lessor relationships and coordinating with internal constituents
  • Manage debt payments, including interest and related fees
  • Prepare and deliver various reporting for internal and external constituents, including debt compliance reports
  • Create forecast models including cash flows, interest expense and credit metrics
  • Monitor currency exposures, develop hedging policy and oversee implementation and execution of hedging program
  • Support preparation of presentations for rating agencies, banks, fixed income investors and other constituents
  • Assist in other treasury projects as needed to achieve team goals

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and 5+ years exempt level related experience and/or training, required.
  • 2+ years' experience acting as a lead by providing training, guidance or mentoring to less experienced staff or managing processes and projects.
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a corporate environment, including experience in capital markets, corporate finance and risk management
  • Experience managing pension investments, 401(k) investment menus or related investment management also desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Resourceful and conscientious of producing quality work products
  • Energetic to learn and high degree of initiative
  • Ability to juggle priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High degree of accuracy, detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
  • Willingness to engage in cross-functional responsibilities to achieve team goals
  • Occasional travel possible
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Provides leadership and guidance to direct reports.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and assisting in providing appropriate resolutions.
